Billy Pounders

Growing up as a pastor’s kid, Bro. Billy was saved at a young age.  He learned to play guitar, bass, and drums while singing with his family in church.  Years ago, he dedicated his life to the Lord to help people come to know Christ through worship and praise.  In 2021, the Lord placed a special calling on himself and his wife to the ministry of our older adults.  They are the leaders of our 50 and older group called “FunTimers”.  They meet monthly for Christian fun and fellowship and encourage each other from day to day.  Bro. Billy’s passion is to see Freedom Church become a beacon of light for Christ to it’s community.
