Josh Pounders

Intrigued by the Word at age 35, Josh read the Bible from beginning to end.  But living it was a different story.  A few years later the Lord began dealing with his heart as his wife, Reagan, began attending church without him.  After some troubling news with her pregnancy, Reagan trusted God for healing.  Little did she know, in the midst of this trial, God was making a way for Josh. The Lord miraculously healed her and their baby while in the womb.  Witnessing the healing power of God was all Josh needed to know he needed something more.  He was lost and undone without a Savior.  The pride, selfishness, and greed that kept him bound for so long was gone!  Within the next year, Josh was saved, sanctified, baptized in the Holy Ghost and called into the ministry.   He currently serves Freedom Church as Associate Pastor and Children’s Pastor.
